Cancellation Policy

1. The staffing costs for these sessions are partly funded by Wrexham County Borough Council. This support helps us ensure sessions run smoothly and consistently for all families 2. Parents are required to pay for the snack and activity costs for each session. These payments must be made in full and in advance when booking. 3. Payments are still required even if your child/young person does not attend. This is because we continue to incur staffing, preparation and food costs as a charity, regardless of attendance.
